I am all for fall. I love sweater weather and the nip in the air. There is something so special about the changing colors, hot chocolate, pumpkin pie and all things pumpkin spice that makes me feel like a kid again. And the fact that fall is all about enjoying nature around you, taking hikes, and coming back to a cozy home, it is easily my favourite time of the year.
Here is the ultimate Fall bucket list for you to do this fall:
#1:Visit a pumpkin Patch:
Is it even Fall if you didn’t go to a Pumpkin patch with your group of friends or family and took a hundred pictures? It is such a great activity to go with friends and even your kids. So go to a pumpkin patch and make all the beautiful memories. It makes for such cute Instagram photos as well, amiright?

This one is again a no brainer. The changing colors of the leaves makes all the hikes even more rewarding. And it is a perfect activity to do with your friends or your partner over a weekend.
#3: Go camping:
Along with hiking, this is one of our absolute favourite thinsg to do during fall season. Go camping this fall or if that’s not possible because you have kids, you could camp in your own backyard.
#4: Make your own Pumpkin spiced latte:
Do you remember the time when making your own pumpkin spiced latte was the “it” thing, like Dalgona is today? So, ditch Starbucks and make one on your own.
#5: Go apple picking:
Another family favourite and perfect activity to do with kids. Grab a basket and go apple picking. What better way to source apples for your favourite apple pie or apple cider, right?
And it’s so much fun as well.
I still remember bringing home more apples than we could possibly consume and then making apple jam, a few years back.
#6: Make apple cider:
If there is something that screams fall, it’s drinking apple cider. And even better when you have made it at home, right? Give it a go this year.

Remember all those apples you got when you went apple picking? Well! It’s time to put them to good use. Bake an apple pie.

Fall and bonfires are a match made in heaven. Call your neighbours over and have a fall bonfire. Feel like a kid again as you roast s’mores and make s’more and chocolate sandwiches.

Watching different shades of fall leaves is my absolute favourite thing to do. And a bike ride or a drive is the perfect way to take in all the beauty around you.

Is there anything better for dinner than hot pumpkin soup on a slightly chilly night? Pumpkin soup makes for the perfect supper for chilly nights and goes perfectly well with the cozy chilly sweater weather.

Charities are always looking for volunteers and if you have the time, volunteer at a local charity. It is a great activity to do with your kids as well.

This is my favourite activity to do in Fall ever since I was a kid and my grand mother taught me how to knit. Make colorful scarves for winter. It is a perfect activity to teach middle aged kids as well. And if you do not know how to knit, there are so many videos on youtube that you can checkout and learn.

For some reason I have always associated drinking hot chocolate more with fall than winter. in any case, it is a great thing to do and who doesn’t love a mug of warm hot chocolate on a chilly night.
#16: Carve a pumpkin:
If you have never done this, you have been missing out on the fun. Carving a pumpkin is such a fun activity. Invite your friends over for a pumpkin carving party. And it’s a win win because these pumpkins can later be used as a decor for your porch.
#17: Go to a corn maze:
For me, fall is all about being outdoors and enjoying nature. I love outdoorsy activities and visiting a corn maze is one of my favourites. I apologise in advance if I have said this for almost every other activity, but it is just such a magical time.

Is it really fall, if you didn’t have a movie marathon party in your comfiest Pjs? We think not! Hosting a movie marathon party is such a fun activity, especially if you and your friends love similar movies. We had a harry potter themed party a few years back and it was such a bug hit.
